NICEIAS’ website (NICEIAS.org) hosts Classes and Tests, both Offline and Online, related to Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC. 

You agree that if you choose to register, you will: (a) provide accurate and complete information when prompted to do so by any registration form, (b) maintain and update such information so it remains accurate and complete. (c) agree with the membership rules, which are listed below:

By using the services of NICEIAS.org, you agree that any personal data collected will be used by us to contact you via phone, SMS or email for marketing and to deliver certain updates for services or information you have requested.

Your personal information is used to provide the services you request (Eg: to reset your password, to get ebooks delivered, to get mock exam results etc). This will also help us enhance this website. We also use your personal information to send updates like new posts, information about exams, promotional offers etc. By using our services, you agree to receive transactional as well as promotional SMS, Emails, Phone calls etc from us.

NICEIAS.org may modify, suspend or discontinue any portion or service of the Site at any time, with or without notice. You may face short interruptions in our service during our software/theme upgrades, and have to co-operate with us during the period. You also agree that you will co-operate with us during times of server or network downtime if happens.

In the event of any dispute arising between the parties with respect to this Policy, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator and the arbitration shall be in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The seat and place of arbitration shall be at Delhi, India and the decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties herein. The language of arbitration proceeding shall be English.
This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India and shall be governed by the Indian laws.

At NICEIAS  we believe in providing quality services. End-user satisfaction is our primary concern. Free model classes and exams are provided to judge the quality and features of NICEIAS  Lectures and Mock Exams, and hence, refund requests are extremely rare with NICEIAS  (less than 0.1%).

These Terms of Use (and any addenda or statements expressly incorporated into these Terms of Use that you enter into) constitute the entire agreement between you and NICEIAS.org with respect to your use of and access to the Site, and these Terms of Use replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding your use of and access to the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. The failure by NICEIAS.org to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right of NICEIAS.org. These Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of NICEIAS.org and its successors and assigns.
